In a world where extraordinary customer service is a lost art and the “onion” complaint letter is the norm, I am writing this “orchid” compliment letter to give your company credit where credit is due.
Last year, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with your company and had our 750ft. driveway excavated and paved by E. Sprague Paving, Inc. After saving up for 13 years to pave the driveway we decided it was time to make the move. We received many names and various quotes but decided on E. Sprague Paving, Inc. First, because it was family owned and run (The Sprague’s actually brought their wonderful family to our first meeting). Second, because the price was extremely reasonable. Third, because the work we observed at other friend’s homes was superbly done by Mr. Sprague himself and his crew. Not a subcontractor or crew of men I did not know or trust. We were more than pleased with the outcome and received many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. It was worth every hard earned penny!!!
This past spring has been tough on the Hudson Valley with the tremendous amount of regular rain as well as multiple Hurricanes causing water damage and flooding. There was absolutely no damage to our driveway and, most of all, the excavation prevented rain from entering my bottom floor and basement. Without the expertise shown by Mr. Sprague, we would no doubt be spending thousands of dollars in repairs from water damage when the seasonal pond overflowed next to our property.
We just wanted to share our experiences with you and let you know how much you are appreciated for all of your hard work and dedication to your craft.
